- Set price covers travel within the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point)
- Travel outside of the Triad will incur an additional fee, billed separately after booking
- All fees must be paid upfront to confirm your booking
- No cancellations — rescheduling is allowed based on trailer availability
